re-build???

I am thinking about putting a 626 engine in my mx-3 in place of the k8, i currently have...the engine has 104,xxx miles on it but my k8 has 211.xx and just uses a lil oil....anyways what all swould you guys suggest that i replce on this when i do the swap?

So far i can think of the timing and other belts, valve cover gasket? oil pan gasket? water pump? anything else recommended?

Every hose in the engine bay. Especially the heater core hoses.
