Turbo Power Boost Valve on Ebay

Have seen this (130082197906) on ebay but was wondering if it does what is says on the box can anyone help?

Sounds like a more sensitive FPR... but it's still not adjustable..
Sounds like a gimmick...and it's 180USD+shipping...
Get an adjustable FPR...Less Money and more adjustability...

It looks like a very low ratio homemade FMU. For an all motor application you wouldn't need it, and if you're going turbo I'd use something much better than that.
