I know this info is here but I dont have the time right now to look around for it. For the bpt swap into a 95 mx3 which axles and hubs do i need to use or can i use some of my stock parts? Also, for motor mounts, is there any modifications or is bolt for bolt between the 1.6 dohc and bpt?

if using the f series tranny thats in your car then you use those mounts and axles. Its recommended you upgrade to a g series tranny from a protege lx or escort gt. If you do this then you need pro lx axles(around 115 rebuilt from an autoparts store), halfshaft, the front and rear motor mounts that touch the tranny, and the pro lx flywheel and clutch. hope that helps.

mine was near as cheap as possible but since i went from a v6 i had to buy a few extra parts.
engine 1300 shipped(sold the awd tranny for 200 so final price of 11)
Im using the awd flywheel and clutch combo but my disc was worn so i bought a used one in decent shape for 20 bucks but id recommend going act or spec whcih is around 300)
pro lx tranny 275
intercooler im using a stock one that i got for 45
ecu i got for 210 shipped
axles from pep boys 125
gauges 160
fuel pump 100
exhaust (im using the pacesetter that came with the car till i can get a custum 2.5 inch exhaust)
pro lx mounts (i pulled mine from a low mile protege at a junk yard)
halfshaft if it doesnt come with tranny(i traded a guy for some of my v6 parts)
im drawing a blank if i can think of more ill be sure to add it but if your looking for a cheap route i definatly am taking that route temporarly. theres other parts im leaving out since i went from a v6 to a bpt.

I paid 1200 Canadian for engine, transmission, all a/c components, computer, and wiring harness. I did find cheaper but it didn't come with computer or harness

you got a real good price. post the tranny for sale on clubprotege.com or mazda323performance.com and make some of your money back. People who own 323 gtx's may be looking for an upgrade.
