This could of probably been better posted in the General Mx-3 Section or Suspension/Brakes/Wheels/Tires section.
It seems so. I know Deimos' '93 has it, so I dont see why the '92 wouldn't. I checked the '92 (US) Brochure, and it's lists ABS as an option for the GS with manual transmission only.
If you want to know if yor car has it, cehck under the passenger seat. if you have a type of ECU/Computer under it, you should have ABS

It wont show any codes and mess with anything else?
The fuse is also just for the ABS?

Dont know to be honest, I dont have an ABS-equipped vehicle. I remember years ago on tv, they were demonstrating the benefits to ABS. I think they we're using a 'vette. And they disabled the ABS just by removing the fuse.
I dont see why there would be any codes. If the fuse is pulled, there's no power to the ABS ECU, thus, can't generate codes. You may need to verify this, but I dont beleve the car's ECU is aware of the ABS system. The ABS ECU probably just generates it's own codes, and displays the "ABS" dash light, if there's an error.
Personally, if i get a vehicle with ABS, i want to put a toggle switch on/off for it
