Auto seatbelt Broke again, after recall work

Just after 1 week of finally watching the driver seatbelt make its full intended route from the start to finish...they don't work again.
This time they are stuck in the very back...which is better than last time (in the middle).
The people at Sesi mazda was very nice to do the job, however, they were a little confused about the car when I pulled in.
Mx-what?

Oh well...so much for auto seat belts.
Not sure of what the problem is...could be the pesky wiring problems Ive been trying to tackle for a while...

But...least I was lucky enough to spot these on my next part car
MANUAL SEATBELTS!!!
