http://corksport.com has them but I don't know how reliable they are, or your Mazda dealer should be able to order it in. It costs around $400CDN from Mazda plus tax.
Also, Mazda calls it a Front Airdam.

Shoot, why spend $200 on a freaking lip? Mine broke too and I think I would rather get a Mazda Speed Front Bumper for a little more lol.

$250+shipping from nopi.com Shipping will probably be $100 or more because of size, though. The front lip will be dirt cheap shipping because it's a split lip ..... only 3 feet long each piece.

If you don't want to shell $200 for a new one through a Mazda dealer, you could try to track down a Topmix lip. It attaches to the factory bumper in the same manner. Just a little more aggressive than the stock lip. I don't know where you can track one down in the US or how much it costs, though.
