wheels off the floor/in neutral/wheels spinning

So i was doing some woek on the car today, jacked the wheels off the ground....started her up...the wheels start to spin slightly...not alot of pressure,. i can stop it with my hands...when i push the clutch in...obviously they stop spining, only when the clutch is resting.
Normal?? Dangerous? Harming in time?

the only time the daewoo see's 180kmph is on jack stands in fifth.

heheh... i've had every car i've ownd/worked up on jackstands @ redline in top gear...

Would suck if the jacks fell or sumthing at top speed.

thanks alot guys....
I just installed the clutch in my GS.. I was thinkin maybe something wasnt diengaging.
But i understand the reasoning now....with the oil and all.
I got a clutch of napa, the whole kit(T O bearing, pilot bearing, alignment tool, clutch and pressure plate) for like 210 Can.
Its so crisp and tight.
