Interchangeable parts from other cars

Since is so hard to find parts for us, I thought we could start a thread about interchangeable parts we can use from other cars. 
Of course, allready made a search and found a few old topics about this, but nothing very complete. I guess we could get together all this parts that are interchangeable and make a list.
I can start with struts. As people say they are interchangeable with Ford Escort ZX2 and some early Prelude.
Wheels are interchangeable with Miata (Mx5)
About the engine, some say, almost every part of it is interchangeable between K engine's family. Timing kits are the same for K8, KD and KZ. Tower head gaskets are too. But not intake headers. What about midle head gaskets, are they interchangeable between 2.5 V6 an 1.8 V6?
