I'm installing an OBX underdrive pulley and removing and bypassing the a/c.
What can i expect to gain from this?

You wont feel that much of a diff.. im guessing like 1 or 2 hp? the underdrive pulley can get annoying because it doesnt et the alternator charge battery right. I have one on my maxima and i have tio keep it at a bit of higher idle. I DID feel a difference in the maxima but thats a 3.0 v6. On the mx3 i doint think u will notice much. Make sure you shave off those small trimmings from the oil pum pump casing. The belt.. as for a 94 probe gt without ac. :)

Well consider that the stock pulley weights in at a hefty 2.5kgs
and my under drive one at .960grams, id say every little thing add's
to the overall gains in the long run.

As for harmonics, they are not a issue, balance is!

On a dyno I found the best gains were made when using a stock sized crank and alternator pulley and bolting on only a under drive P/S and W/P pulley. Even then the average was about 5-7whp. Removing the waterpump completely yields the most gains. This plus underdriving the P/S at about 4500rpm at redline yields about 13-15whp @ 6500
