Its brand new with all gasket and bolts. The egr pipe is short by 1 1/2 inches. Just got the kit a few days ago. Everything bolts up but the downpipe, which I cut and rewelded and found out that the cat flange doesn't even line up. So I'm not selling that. Other than that everything is in very good condition. very very disappointed in the kit. I have also a turbonetic mark II delta wastegate that will sell with this. It is used. I took it in to a local shop where I get my car tuned to check and they say that its good. I don't know the psi on it though. Just want $275 shipped for it. Everything that came with it except the downpipe.
