I just got a 95 mx-3 RS, and im plannin on doin an engine swap when the resources become available. Im fairly new to this, and I was wondering which engine would be the best choice. I've heard mixed reviews about the KLZE and the engine bay in the RS. What else is avaliable that would be a better fit. thanks in advance. neverender 8)

Don't bother with a ZE, since you have a 4banger. Get a BP from a Protege or JDM 323. Much easier swap.

Im thinkin a 1.8 JDM turbo from the 323 would be the best bet. Is there any what i can get that at a resonable price, or am i goin to have to pay 2 500 for a low kms one from some website?

$2500?? holy ****! you should be able to pick up a GTX engine for around 1200-1500CDN. There's one guy on here who had a GTX for $650 I think, but he's in the states.

Flashpoint2 is right, your best bet would be eBay or i cant think of the sites off the top of my head. But there are 2 or 3 Canadian sites i believe that sell used engines for around $1000-$1500 depending on what engine. Hopefully somone else who knows which ones im talking about can fill you in with that information as right now im drawing a blank.

Will the 1.8L T4ycl (BPturbo) from the GTR work in my 95 RS, or is the installation even worth it? Also, it says $1875 (corksport), which is about $2200 round here, plus the shipping... then how much would the installation be approx.?
