Is there anyone in Edmonton that could do this swap for me in my car? I'm planning on doing it soon, and I will pay a good amount to have it done. I will supply everything needed (including beer if requested ) including a double car garage so lots of room to work in. If someone can't do it, please at least point me in the right direction since I'm very new to Edmonton. In the process maybe I can meet a member or 2 and get involved here in the mx3 scene since I'm always here reading, but not posting.

there are a couple members there. But not to be picky, what is the exact setup you are planning to run? Cause that will tell how easy the swap should be...

I'm guessing that I'll probably go with a basic BP swap at first and put a custom turbo on it sometime in the future after a few months. Just mentioning a bpt incase I got lucky and got one for a really decent price. So yes, just basically a straight 1.6 to 1.8L swap with the necessary parts needed to be swapped.

Theres a guy on clubprotege from Edmonton, he's a pretty big escort tuner i think he goes by "escortnation" he seems like an alright guy he might be able to help you out.
