Ok i have a 92 gs and my alternator went bad. When i replaced it and started the car the engine was only running on 5 cyl. My buddy gave it a little cas and the car died. the reason it was only running on 5 cyl was because one of the plug wires was disconnected. When i reconnected it and tried starting the car it wouldnt start. The car turns over and is getting plenty of spark. I checked all the fuses and let the car sit for a day thinking it was flooded. still wont start...any ideas?

Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery and go depress the brake pedal for 20 seconds to clear the ECU's memory. I've run into some weird issues where I could only get the car to restart after clearing the ECU.
