Hmmm... dunno the answer but I'll tell ya this much. I am in pretty good shape and stay that way with a consistent daily exercise program including push-ups and sit-ups. Every morning, without fail, I do a push-up followed by a sit-up... and then I get out of bed.

4. And that's when I'm really trying. It's pretty sad...especially since I go to the gym 4-5 days a week.

Sit-ups are more my thing...I can do plenty of those- blindfolded even. Impressive, right?

Push ups? Don't start me on push ups!
In my approximate present state, if I even attempted a push up, I'd probably end up "pushing up" flowers in a plot somewhere.

Sit ups? Hmmm, there's an exercise I should really try.
But do I really need to?

Have you ever tried getting into or out of the driving seat of an MX-3?
(yeah, silly question!)

Well, do that a couple of times a day and watch those simulated tummy crunches take place.

The MX-3 IS a mobile Gym.
Drive it more often.

when I used to train I would do like 80 in a row per day or something. Now that I stoped going to the gym I guess 50 and I'd be maxed out
