also correct me if i'm wrong but does the hose in pic 4 from the egr hook up to the hose in pic 2. it is the top vacuum hose on the egr. i have the bottom hose from the egr hooked up to the throttle body. but i am just guessing here.

Not sure of the first one, although I'm guessing if you trace the solid line it's attached to, if runs to the back of the transmission to a mounting point where a rubber line takes over, my guess would be it's the hydraulic clutch line. Normally it's a solid line all the way along the transmission to the clutch slave cylinder.

Second pic - coolant line running to the back of the engine between firewall and engine.

The fourth pic may be one of the coolant lines for the TB.

Hope this helps.

Shouldn't have any egr lines running to the TB. Just 2 coolant lines. One from the block and the other from an outlet on the thermostat housing.

no the first pic is not the clutch line it eventually connects to a pole that the second pics hose is connected to. i already have one hose from the egr hooked to the tb but i do not know what to do with the other hose. the hose from the first pic makes no sense at all since the k8 does not have that hose. the hose from the sec pic is on the k8 but i can't remember where it goes and the diagram from the online manual does not show where the hose connects too and also since this is the ze i don't know if it is supposed to hook up to a different area. i don't know.

Manual E2-002 indicates at least one of the coolant lines coming from the thermostat housing to the TB although the second one is obscured by the pic. I am quite certain there are NO EGR rubber lines connected to the TB. You may be facing a similar situation like me where someone just slapped a line from one place to another for shipping/expediancy sake. My TB coolant lines fed back into each other bypassing the TB completely - the idiots!!

Are you not finding any help from the on-line manual?

no almost none at all. the images are angled wrong. and hard to read. like it is very helpful for most of them but not for the ones i am having problems with. also it doesn't help that i am puting in a klze so i can't just guess where the hoses should go.

ok i don't know if this helps any but this is what my egr looks like (crudely drawn). I looks like it has one more line than what the one in the manual shows.
