found a pic of an mx-3 in pc game called street legal racing 2 not sure if the car is availible yet in the game cuz i just started playing it.. i'll let you guys know.. but here it is...

i believe thats a photoshopped picture, not saying it wasnt put in the game, but I believe thats an actual picture that was photoshopped (maybe for the game)

I think you should get a lawyer to look at it, and help you send a letter regarding the issue.
And then see if they give you an offer, if it`s chump change they offer, then sue them

We here in Europe gets kinda blown away by all the strange things people sue others for in the US (and actually getting paid too.) Like the woman who burned herself on the coffee from McDonalds. Here we would`ve been laughed at and told to use or brain and dont keep a hot cup of coffe between our legs when we drive
