From when I've talked to him, phone is better than email. Wasn't he waiting for that engine to come in? I don't know if it's come or not, but I say just keep trying him and I'm sure you'll get a hold of him.

His Engine came in a long time ago but he kept blowing the transmission so his car spent more time in the garage. Make sure get the engine before giving $$$.

Does anyone have a bad experience with him? I have met him a few times and have bin to his house. All the money was transfered from my account to his moms so if anything was to happin i shouldnt have a problem getting my money back

I think the engine that came in a long time ago failed early and another core was supposed to be shipped from corksport from what Chris was saying... which is what I assume you paid for as I had briefly thought about grabbing that motor as well. He did blow many transmissions from what he was saying, although I doubt he was too kind to his car. When I saw his car, it was down to just about the shell with everything apart. It is supposed to be making it 's way back together though.

He's been good with me and I haven't had any problems with him.

I think most situations call for buyer beware anyway... I don't even like paying my close friends before I get something as the motivation just isn't there after they have the money. Then of course there is the side where you bring something in and people don't pay after, so it's a bit of a catch 22 for buying/selling.

I'd say the best is give money and receive engine at the same time. I've been screwed too many times to want to take any chances ever again. Chris doesn't always seem to be the most reliable but that's just from my personal experiences.

chris is a good guy and very reliable, I talk with him almost daily. If you need to get a hold of him you can call me at 710-8405 and I'll get the parts from him. Almost all of the parts I used for my bpt swap I bought from him a recieved them a day or 2 later after he pulled them.
