Hey guys I need a running KLZE to test a few ECU's, just to make sure they work. I have a KLZE but it's not in my car yet I'm just getting all the parts together. I can offer a small fee or beer for your time/car.

Which ones do you have? May be we can tell you off the bat if they will run well or not. If you are really stuck, you can ship then to me in Victoria and I will test them for you. Or come for a visit. It's warmer here :)

Also for some of them you may need KL01 VAF.

Sorry man, my KLZE isn't quite finished yet. What KL ECU numbers do you have?

KL 36 For Auto Tranny KLZEs but works with Manual Transmission Harness too. Requires JE-50 VAF from MX-3 and Millenia or Staight neck Intake Manifold.

KL 31 For Manual Transmission KLZEs and will not work with auto transmission harness. Requires JE-50 VAF from MX-3 and Millenia or Staight neck Intake Manifold.

The above two options are the best performance and gas mileage wise in my opinion.

You can use your stock ECU and Intake Manifold but you probably need a VAF from a KLDE engine in order for it to work right. Won't have nearly as much power either. But let us know what ECU numbers you have or maybe I can meet up with you sometime during the week.

Oh I know they are the right ECU' <1 kl31 and 2 kl36s>, I just want to make sure none of them are DOA before I sell em, I would hate to sell a crap ECU to someone.

I'm having a hard time tracking down an ECU. I would prefer a KL31 but either KL31 or KL36 is fine with me.
