how to use rear windshield wiper????

hi everyone,,,,,I just got my car,,,,and I don't know how to start the rear windshield wiper,,I cannot find any botton,,,anyone can hlep me??Or the rear windshiled wiper is just a model and cannot be used...thanks..

Its on the same stalk where the front wiper controls are.

but it is not working,,,only front wiper works....

the rear wiper is a rotating "knob" at the end of the wiper arm, beside teh pulse speed dial
