Hold on...I think I am confucing myself. This IS a sway bar. Doesnt the strut bar goes UNDER our cars and our cars come with it?

Correct me if I am wrong!

Your wrong.

My guess is it is an OEM unit that came on overseas models. Not to long ago people were talking about this. They said they show up on ebay under the name familia.

sway bar = under the car
strut tower bar = top of struts and/or bottom of struts (depending on model of car)

For MX-3, the GS already has a sway bar underneat AFAIR, and only takes upper strut tower bards.

A civic for example, does not have the sway bars, and has both upper and lower strut tower bars

looks like the cusco bar to me, definitely not factory.

the OEM bar had all 4 holes bolted to it. its the same factory bar the 323 & familia GTX's and GTR's came with.

All civics have front sway bars. SI models have front and rear sway bars. No civic has come with strut tower braces from the factory.

If so, I have a Cusco Strut bar on the front. It's the one that clears ZE manifold. And yes it is pretty sturdy and very well made. But a better one would be a bar that also bolts onto a firewall, but good luck finding that one.

for instance my dads (civic)del sol came with a one stock, so does the civic SI. and i beleve the LX models come with a rear sway. only base models dont
