how can u put the pics on the forum on the left hand side like where do u find the pics that is moving??

Do you mean the avatars? If so, go to your profile at the top of the page and go to the avatar gallery to select one.

Go to your profile and click on "Select Avatar From Gallery" at the bottom of the page. Thre aren't any custom ones, all the ones you see are in the gallery.
