turn signal driving lights

I saw a picture of one of the users on this forum. He had made the front turn signal into a driving light, which looked really cool. I was wondering if anyone else knew about that, and if so how to do it. Thanks

Not a true driving light per se, but definitely makes a good DRL.
On my car I just have it come on/off w/ the parking lights so if I was standing in front of the car looking a those parking lights they look like a complete oval instead of a straight cut-off on the inner edge. Since it's a complete add-on circuit the possibilities are endless
