Remove Front Bumber E-Spec

Can somebody tell me how to remove the front bumper on the e-spec that has the fog lights? Well it's an Australian Eunos 30X that I suppose is the same.

I've removed the 2 bolts either side of the bonnet clip, removed the bolts at the front of the wheel well, undid the 2 clips, removed a bolt behind the flasher housing, removed the screws that seem to be the bottom support for the fog light, and it won't budge!

At really you just need to remove 1 more bolt behind each front combination light and 2 under the car...it's easy..
