Thats a 3-rotor Rotary 20B motor is from a Mazda Cosmos. I belive that car was only sold i Japan.
Note that your well known rx-7 only has 2-rotors, knows as the 13B

The car that they put it into is the Totoya Truendo, or AE86, or Toyota Corolla to us north americans. Its one of the older Corollas before they went FWD...its a popular drifting car, also the star car of the japanese cartoon, "Initial D"

:D

BTW, your incorrect, the 787B had a 2.4L (or 2.6, i cant remember) 4-rotor motor, while the 13B and 20B are 1.3L engines...check the net for a 4-rotor rx-7...its been done, and 600hp n/a to boot

isnt the 20b a 2 liter???? considering the 13B is 1.3 liters that doesn't seem too far fetched, then you add in the fact that the 1.3 has 2 rotors and the 20b has 3 rotors... i admit my knowledge of rotaries isn't all that great... but it seems obvious  and it is true the 787B has a 2622cc engine with 700hp and 620 ft lbs. (stats from supercars.net, which makes it possibly very wrong...but it seems accurate) incredible if you ask me.
"The engine is normally rated as 2622cc but the FIA rated the car as a 4708cc by dimension of having two power cycles per rotation. " -supercars.net

Being fluent in Japanese I can tell you that that particular engine had 600hp. However they can be easily cranked up to run at around 900hp. If you have the cash that is.

while the 13B and 20B are 1.3L engines
The 13b is a 1.3 liter, the 20b is a 2.0 liter. The 20b is a 13b engine with 1 additional (and identical) rotor. The numbers in front of the letter on mazda rotaries indicate the displacement in liters. (12a= 1.2 liter, 13b = 1.3 liter, etc)
