Stock to Honda killer!

I just got a 1994 Mx-3 GS v6 5spd. It has 70,000 km. I wanna know performance wise if I should bother trying to mod it or go straight to a turbo setup. Its also my daily driver but I wanna be able to beat some Hondas in my area! If I should turbo it could you give me some idas as well as ballpark cost figures. thanks!

dude go with the Kl-ze swap 200 hp i can get one for 1500 cdn
