Last month I purchased a EVO bidy kit, 8" fog lights, and grill kit from Andys Auto Sport, and was told by Angel that I would get all that I ordered in 7 days. Well I got the kit but it was damaged due to the fact that Andys Auto Sport did not even bubble wrap of fill the box with peanuts. They just threw the pieces in the box and shipped it. So I sent it right back and called Angel at Andys to tell him to send me another kit. He then lied to me and said that the kit was shipped to me poorly packed by a distributer and not by Andy's but that I would be getting a new kit in 7 days. Six days later I called and spoke with Irene at Andy's and she told me that they had not shipped my new kit because they had to make another kit and that I would have to call back on monday to verify that it had been shipped. I questioned her about my last kit and she said that Andys made their own kits and she did not know why the other employee had told me it was shipped from some one else. On Monday I called and she told me that my kit had been sent and that I would be getting it today, and I asked her if the fog lights and grill kit had been also shipped and she said YES. Well today (3 weeks after paying) I got a new kit but without the grill kit or the fog lights, so I called and asked as to why. I was told the lights where not in stock but that I would get them in three work days. I asked if they would send them overnight since I was never told that they did not have them in stock and because two of their employees had told me that they had been sent. Their answer was NO  so I asked to speak to the manager and when I explained to him all that had happaned with the damaged kit and of being lied to in regards to shipping date and items sent he said that he would send the missing items overnight for an extra charge. I asked him why I had to pay for the overnight since I was not the one that did not ship the correct order his answer was He could not guaranty the arrival of any item purchased and that his employees must not have varified that every thing was in stock and that even if it was their mistake he was not willing to ship it overnight. I then told him that he was giving very poor customer sevice and that I would not do any future business with Andys and that I would let every one at MX-3.com know of this he said "I dont care" So fellow MX-3rs watch out!

and i would try to get ahold of the owner and you should have got that managers name or took down date and time of call so they could check their work schedual, no self respecting buisness will stand that kinda total disregard for customer service from a MANAGER

You know, I normally would try to reach the owner, but I just want to get the stuff I paid for an move on. Just to think that they asked ne to send them pictures of my car once the kit was installed do that they could use it on their web site and magazine ads. I feel that by having my car in their ads would just help them make more money and screw the next poor guy.
