where to get power to my new fog light?

where to get power to my new fog light?
does anyone know which wire or fuse give power to fog light and no power to give when the car turn off?

there is actually an extra fuse spot in the fuse box that runs on the on and off system, labled AUX, lot of guys plug there SAFC's into it, i have my Monitor and computer feeding off it

I'm not sure about up there, but down here in the states it's illegal to have your fog lights and your high beams on at the same time. You should put your power for your fog lights on a relay hooked into your brights so they turn off when the brights come on.
