Need some help

OK I am not sure this would be the proper place for this topic I figure I might give it a go....I wanna make a homepage for my mx-3 and post some recent pics and mods I have. I dont know very much about this (java and other programing languages and site creation) what is the best (easiest) site to use for this...I guess it has soemthing to do with appearence
