Front Spot Lights

Does anyone out there no how to take out the (standard) front spotlights to change the bulb???? Ive looked under the bonnet and under the front spoiler, and there appears to be lots of screws that dont do anything, and ive taken it to a mechanic for a look, and they didnt know wot to do with taking off the front bumper. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Its these little lights in the pic, not the headlights
