KLZE swap question

Post by Golliwog »

Ok, so everything is going good so far. However I have a quick question. The driveshaft (transaxle, whatever you want to call it) that goes from the tranny to the passenger side axle has a brace that bolts to the back of the engine. Sorry I didn't take a picture, but it's shaped as if there were three bolts holding it on, however there was only two, and two holes in it. One hole lines up fine on the back of the KLZE but the other doesn't. However the place where there WOULD be a third hole lines up with a hole there no problem.

Should I just drill a hole there? Or would that weaken the brace?
