KLZE and spark plug problem PLEASE HELP

I know this has been asked before but I have been on the probe site and the mx-6 site and there are soo many contradicting statements as too which plug and which gap to use. The most common was the bkr6e 11 and a gap of between .35 and .45. Does anyone know which is the correct plug and the best gap to use on an all motor application and on a nitrous application.
