I have not had good luck with patinum plugs.
I would recomend the regular v groove ngks
I don't have proof to back that up just a general
consensus that the regular ngks work better.<p>Andy P. 93 GS

Check the gap. Some places will tell you they are pre-gapped but not good to assume. They may have been gapped once but shipping usually screws that up a bit. +/-.003" gap will cause you to lose mileage. Also make sure your plug boots are all the way on. Just a thought. And I've had the best results with regular NGK's for all imports, nothin fancy like v-groove or platinum.

I adjusted the gap to .044''...the shipped was less than .04'', G power platinum. I'll do more test before going to V-Power. thanks.

you should disconect your battery and let your car sit for a while to clear the values. as your spark plugs wear your computer will compensate for it by leaning out or richening the fuel accordingly, which may be the cause of your poor milage because the computer hasn't learned they are new plugs yet...
