KLZE seems to be gettin worse

I took it to the shop today,<p>the 2 cooling fans that are constantly on need to be looked at by an auto electrician which they didnt have onsite... so on monday that gets looked at.<p>I have also noticed that the RPM needs seems to not be as quick to rise as it was when i first put in the ZE ecu??<p>any reasons as to why the engine might feel sluggish like this??
