i was told me that slick50 would make my motor stop ticking. Sounds like it might do something, but then again the guy that tole me is an ex-drug attic that works maintenance at my girlfriends job.
Anyone tried it before?

I've used slick 50 before and duralube in other cars but not my MX-3. I did notice that the place I get my oil changed says to ask for a slick50 oil change so I may do that next time to see if there is a difference.

I used it in my truck (79 f-100 custome, with a 302) it stopped my rocker arms and tapets from ticking, but that is a completly diff engine...i'd say give it a whirl

yeah dont put that stuff in ur car
spend extra bucks on synthetic oils instead, i never put stuff in my nice engine, dont want it to seize up, and spending my money on it, unless u got good lawyer that can sue company for new engine.
