The stock Radio unit in my 94 Mx-3 will not work, it keeps displaying "ERR" on the display screen. I tryed changing the fuse but it still does it. Any ideas on how to fix it?

sounds like it is time to put an after market deck in. Just jokes! try cleaning the heads of the tape deck with a tape cleaner from a place like walmart and then reset the deck by pulling the fuse out for 5-10 minutes. Hope this works

unfortunately aftermarket items are gonna be your only option, err suggest that an internal component, usually a transistor (i think) has failed. I guess you could have it replaced by why when you could get a new head unit

Your Stock radio has a security feature that needs a code if the radio has been unplugged. IF you power has gone out or you have replaced the fuse then it will need to be reset, thats what this sounds like.<BR>I'll see if I can get the reset pro3edure for you.
