altezza talil lights

hi.. i received my tail lights today.. but when i received it.. i had to pay a fee called the brokerage fee to the ups guy... what is that fee about..?.. coz i m new to ebay.. i am not sure about this stuff.... i m from canada.. and the tail lights are shipped form the U.S.... is that the problem or what?.. i really dunt know...

i think it's something to do with the seller. like he's a broker or somethin... man i really should have paid attention in my fedex classes ;)

I know that if you insure packages going to Canada from the U.S. UPS will collect a percentage of what the package is worth from you. That might of happened. He didn't mark it as a gift.

whoa you got your first "ups rapage" haha..yeah it's normal...they charge ridiculous amount for cutoms, taxes and brokage...don't worry you didn't get ripped off (well technicaly yes since it's ups :D )...UPS sucks I'll say it again..they got me so mad so many times...Next time ask the seller to ship via fedex or usps and ask them to ship the item as a "gift" so you won't have to pay for custom fees...FEDEX rocks, I bought my mom hub from Sam Baker (California) and took 1 day and half to get here (Quebec, Canada)..and I didn't have to pay for nothing !!
