Just bought a 1991 323 SE......$160

I couldn't resist! I was thinking of getting a BG 323 to do a BP swap into for awhile, but figured I didn't need another car.

I might be delivering pizzas this upcoming summer and don't want to brutalize my MX3 through the process, so I figured "why not!"

It is a dark blue 91 SE with air, power steering and 5-speed. Blown motor and 241,000+ miles. Exactly what I needed to perform the very straight-forward swap (they bolt right in!) Apparently this is good for high 15's without any other mods. There are a bunch of people on ClubProtege.com who've done this swap and said the cars are beasts.

I can't wait :froggie_red:

Great Find-

I have always liked those cars for some reason.

You need to finda spare set of MX-3 seats & put those in instead of those ratty 323 seats.

Um No.

A blown 1.6L SOHC or 1.8L SOHC (Yes, I said 1.8L SOHC) motor.

Those things can be made to look pretty pimp if you do it right. Cant wait to see your progress pics.

Don't expect it to look super amazing.

At the minimum, it'll have cruise control, power mirrors, tachometer cluster, cupholder console from protege, MX3 seats (both front and rear) and the BP swap.

I don't plan on doing much else with it, but if I do, expect a loud *** exhaust (bp's sound sweeeet), maybe my 15" mx3 rims, projector headlights and some of the body damage repaired.

I don't plan on doing a full JDM conversion on this thing, I just wanna make it a nice beater for under $500. The car = 160, motor = 170, replacement parts = another 150 or so, seats = 70, other power ameneties = 100 tops, so yeah, it might reach 600 bux
