i live in the north of england but may be able to help. London is THE most expensive place in the UK!

1) 250 pounds rental is per week i would guess> and that's no joke to buy a 2 bedroom semi you can pay up to £250,000 easily! a nice big house would easily be 500,000.

2) a monthly travel pass is gonna be quite expensive 2. I think you'll find that the further you need to travel you may pay alot more i.e if you commute.

4) In my personal view to live a good life in London the very minimum you wanna be on is 30,000. The cost of living in London is so damn expensive

i think the reason why rich asked if you want to try modding an mx3 here > was the fact that we pay around twice more for moddifying products in the uk. To modify the mx in the UK is very very expensive!

i dont see why people from the UK dont move to the US...w/the dollar doing as poorly as it is, you could move over here and you'd have almost twice the money, especailly if you moved to a smaller city in the midwest where the cost of living isnt all that high
