My dad is looking at a new car.

He likes both the 2003.5 mazdaspeed and the new Mazda 3 GT GFX.

MAZDASPEED (Titanium Grey):

- 27 000cnd
- 170hp Turbo 2L
- Factory Tuned suspension
- 17inch Racing Heart wheels.
- Cool interier 2 tone seats wheel, nice shifter pedals ect.
- 450W Kenwood sound system with 8 inch sub. MP3/CD deck ect.

MAZDA 3 (Black or Titanium Grey):

- 23 000cnd
- GFX package ... skirts bumpers
- 17's
- 170hp 2.3L
- Cool funky interier.

Both are in the 7's 0-60. Both handle nicely but the mazdaspeed has the edge ofcoarse. I think i'd choose the Mazdaspeed. What do you think?

mazdaspeed... so much more potential with less money imo. but if its for ur dad hmmm lol

I'm currently dealing a Speed..

I could have gone with the M3-Spord.. but money make it that way.

On 5 years
Speed = 2.9% financing
M3 = 5.9% financing

I would pay 2900$ in interest for the Speed, as to 10000$ for the M3. Around those number.

So, it comes out as Speed = 29900$ and M3 = 33000$ ..

If your dad like 'upgrade' a turbo car for the $/hp lower than a N/A car..

And the M3 is 160hp with the 2.3liters..

I'd definately go for the mazda 3 b/c it has that new 2.3 4 banger with vvt and it is n/a. I am sure that as we speak greddy and hks are designing turbo kits for the mazda 6 2.3 4cyl and it is the same engine. Although that Mazdaspeed protege will be a collectors item one day but there isn't much more power you can get out of those engines compared to the new series of 4 bangers. There already is a drag car that sports this 2.3 and Turbo and they are pushing 1000hp.

yea, but to get a 2.3L to 1000 hp will cost u as bout as much as the car does
