Revetec homepage

This one dude came up with this fantastic idea to use gear lobes as the crankshaft, this eliminates the crankshaft and the sometimes bulky flywheel, as well the engine only weighs 50kg and has a much larger mechanical advantage over normal piston engines. This engine can be tuned very easily for more torque or more horsepower, and all the while gets better fuel economy. Because of the gear lobes, it creates a perfectly balanced engine almost like a rotary.
