how can i find out what my car is either a sohc or a dohc. any sites i can visit
92-93 is SOHC
94+ is DOHC

well i was looking on ebay at this cold air intake and it said it was for mx-3 92 to 95 for sohc only so why are they saying that it will fit a 95 which i have but only a sohc if there is no 95 sohc only dohc

You have a DOHC. And the CAI that you are looking at will fit both the SOHC and the DOHC as the engine bay is almost identical.

Yes, they started MAKING the DOHC in 93, but it was sold as a 94.Originally posted by mx3TT:

So, the first statement was right-- the 92 & 93 models are SOHC, while the 94+ models are DOHC.

So it was still made in 93 Perry.
