Engine ??????

I just got my first mx 3 And i been reading about b6t bpt . I dont relly know what that is i am pretty sure that it is a turbo motor. and that is what i want. I have a 1994 Mx-3 DOHC. And i what to add a turbo or evan better get a turbo engine. What would i have to do to make one fit in. how much are they. how would i get a hold of someone that has access to them. what would i have to change.
