i haven't done any dyno time. i'm getting a map that's already been tuned with the exact same setup.

Yeah, With correct Tuning You can easily achive 250HP Right now without a Turbo I am running about 180-190HP but when I get my VJ-11 Turbo with intercooler (which should be in about a week or so) I am going to be pushing about 8 or 9 psi out of it witch will give me about another 70-80HP

Ashley, <BR>Would have thought you would be running quite a bit more than that. My B6T is knocking on the 200whp door (when it had pistons ).<P>For those who are wondering, it is very easy to hit 200whp with both of these motors. Ashley noted her mods, for my B6T - MSD ignition, FMIC, 10-12psi (sometime 15), 330cc injectors, exhaust, PRM filter, and a slipping clutch. Once I finish the rebuild, the following will be complete - 9.0:1CR, valve job, back cut valves, port matched, race ported head; ported exhaust manifold, exhaust housing, wastegate, intake housing, and modified intake pipe. ACT clutch, lightened flywheel, and solid motor mounts will help as well.<P>Once you complete your swap, it may only take $1-2k to put you over 200whp.

i had some problems when i swapped in the motor with it running VERY rich. an ecu is being made but i'm impatient so i'm getting a haltech and selling my piggy backs.<P>chris, have you had the car on the dyno? reason i ask is that braden was pushing 220whp at 13psi with his stock bpt and using a haltech for tuning. just seems kinda odd that you would be pushing close to the same thing starting from a stock b6t.(132 vs 180) what's the CR of the b6t? the bpt is at 8.0:1. please note, i'm not saying that you're not telling the truth.<P>pssst....i'm a guy
