I was wanting to know if anyone would be interested in being part of a Texas MX-3 club. I have a logo made for this already. I do not plan on having a president, vice, or anything like that. I just want to have an affiliation with other TX MX-3 owners. <P>Click on the link below to check out the logo. Well, we are having a meeting on August 9th or 10th in the Dallas/Fort Worth aera. Check out the MX-3 meets forum for more info on that. As long as you live in TX, you can join. No fees, no president, just a group of MX-3 owners.

well hell yeah im interested and am planning on being at the meet on aug 9-10th. i wanna see what my baby will do in the 1/4 mile. i just need to know how much it is to race and how to get there. let me know.

Well, I was wondering if we were going to try and meet at the Chili's (or whatever it was last year) or try and meet somewhere closer to the track? I have not set the date just yet (will be doing that soon). I need to figure out what would be best for everyone. I think that the 10th would probably be the best (since it will be on a Saturday rather than a Friday).

You guys still trying to get one set up? If I was in texas I would defently Join. We got a good group of MX-3ers here in Oklahoma, but none seem to want to really converse. I've tried to get a few meetings going and go from there, but the last meeting I held NO ONE showed... That was a major disapoint. Well Im moving closer and closer to Texas. Here like any day now (as soon as my mom gets a new job and house) I will be in Oklahoma City... (85 or so miles closer to Texas then Enid) I have one more year of school left, and unless something amazing happens and I get a good paying job in OKC I will end up in Houston. At that time, I will join!! I do plan on coming to a meet or two down there. The MX-3 following in Texas has to be the best in the US. I know its a big state and Houston and Dallas is like the 5th and 6th largest towns in the US, so you expect to see a good following, but then again you may not. But you guys do, and Im rambling. Can race alone, against anyone, with or without a handicap, ect. <BR>Maybe for the next meet after Dallas/Ft. Worth, we can meet there?
