What part is this ?

on my 92 mx3 gs (v6) there is a black piece where the radiator cap goes onto. i have been leaking coolant through a crack in this black piece. i took it to pepboys and the guy did not know what this part was called and said he didnt even have a part that looked like that. what is this part called so i can go order it at mazda ?
