Exhaust miss

I've been told that my engine has an exhause miss in it...how would I go about fixing something like that? Just curious. Is it something that might seriously mess up the engine {I'm not sure...I'm not a mechanic!} or is it something that can wait?<P><P>------------------<BR>Zoom Zoom Zoom
