Engine wanted

Does anyone have a 4cyl SOHC taking up space?
I would like to rebuild one for the experience and as a replacement for my car.

I could get you a j-spec 1.8L turbo (180 hp) for like $900 us plus shipping. Cost less then a rebuild and has a lot more power.

That does sound tempting.
However, I am more interested in the hands on learning.

With the number of people doing swaps in the RS, I thought someone would have a SOHC laying around.

hey man buy the j-spec motor and rebuild your rs motor and keep that for a spare if you ever blow the j-spec.....

i got a sohc engine with only 130,000 kms on it but i won't ship
