Cleaning the Rims yesterday... noticed Warped Tire

Well I was cleaning my rims and tires the other day which were in storage for the winter when I noticed one of my tires is warped.
When they were taken off in the fall the mechanic there briefly said something about it but I never really checked or noticed until I was cleaning it today.
Basically the on inner side of the tire it like warped in and out, not smooth. It's only slightly on the inner side.
If the tire was on the car you probably wouldn't even see or notice it.
It really doesn't look to healthy or safe to drive on that even though the majority of the tire is flat.
I'll see if I can take a picture soon, I am going to take it to a local tire/rim shop that know me and see what they say.
They are Toyo Proxes FZ4 Tires and it seems only this one tire is like this and it doesn't seem to be low on air or anything.
Any ideas what may have caused this?

I had that problem on another car that I had and it did not present a problem. It's up to you if you want to replace them. Good luck.

On another note,
I got the tire checked today, he said it looks like damage caused by driving on it with little or no air.
The only time I can think of when something like that happened was when I dented that rim last summer and I drove on the tire I suppose for a bit with practically no air...
However I've used this tire for the rest of summer and into fall without even noticing it was damaged like that.
So I don't know for sure if it was damaged like that then or if it happened some how later.
Whatever the case, I bought a new tire to be on the safe side, there is no way I am going to drive 10 hours on a tire like that, too risky.
