U cant use them on a 1.8L

also.. the headers will fit, but your exhaust will have th be modified to get them to fit.

Anyone Running the OBX Headers yet? There 0.02 on em? Any good?

from what the company told me it fit on any K (series) engine. So yes it should work on your K8 (1.8l) engine.

The modification required to fit them on the mx3 are moving the catalytic converter of about a feet and half and to shim the front cross member with spacers as well.

From the company website they claim to have dyno sheet of a 10 - 14 HP increase at the wheels... But you probably need more that this mod to really squeeze out all the power of these headers. You can fully use them with a combination of a bigger exaust piping 2.25 or 2.5, air intake and a high flow cat & muffler.

I will stand up for pat. I just bought some obx headers from him. They do need a little modification to get them to fit. But not that much. They are very nice headers, and for the price, doing a little work to get them to fit is worth it!

if they fit on a kl they will fit on a k8. keep in mind some ebay headers for v6 require modification to fit cuz many of them were made wrong. from what i know if they fit correctly to your engine its your cat you will need to move back, or cut the cat out and connect.
