Yeah that was a lot of fun, minus the extra crispy / charbroiled feet on the sand. Good thing the water was close by.

So what day do all the Alberta people want to depart from Calgary? Friday morning? Then anyone who wants to stay longer, can stay into the following week. If nobody likes that idea, everyone could always just leave on Thursday morning again (like last year).

Monte and I will be there Thursday, the 17th. Possibly even on Wednesday.

I'm pretty sure Tracy and I won't be able to leave until Friday morning. We will have to see what happens. We're going to Europe in September, so we have to really limit any other days we have away from work. I don't want that to hold everyone up though. Tracy and I can just meet everyone down there.

So...I went down to Bear Creek and checked out the area. It is WAYYYYY nicer then Fintry as far as having shade and being closer to Kelowna. So the deal is that I need to know exactly how many ppl are staying at which sites, with how many tents, and how many cars. I also need to know which dates you will be arriving and which dates you will be leaving. I have to book the sites on the first available day they open if we have any chance of getting them and close together. I'm planning on calling on Monday the 14th, so I'd like all the info by the 11th. After the booking date we won't be able to guarantee that we will get extra spots for the stragglers. I will be leaving on the morning of the 17th as well then. I am not to sure when I will be coming back, I am planning on going to the coast after, so I have to see how many days I can get off work, but I will let you know soon.
